摘要:
文章介绍了国内部分稻米米粉标准化现状,从稻米米粉分类等方面比较分析国内部分稻米米粉标准的差异,提出了开展我国米粉标准化工作的建议,对完善我国稻米米粉标准体系,实现米粉行业标准化生产,助推我国稻米米粉产业健康发展具有积极意义。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the current situation of some domestic standardization of rice noodles, analyzes comparatively thedifferences of some domestic standards of rice noodles by classification method, and proposes the suggestions about China’s ricenoodles standardization, which has a positive significance for improving China’s rice noodle standardization system, realizingstandardized manufacture of rice noodles and accelerating industrial health development.
