政务服务中心是在地方政府的行政改革中产生的,以建立“一站式”政务服务机构,是完善审批制度、方便群众办事、实现全程专业化、信息化窗口式服务、进一步提高行政效率的初步尝试。文章以广州市荔湾区政务服务中心为例,以客观事实为依据,以我国政务服务受理模式的发展历程作为线索,研究荔湾区政务服务改革的综合受理模式的创新之处。

Abstract: The government service center is created during the administrative reform of local governments to establishes a"one-stop" government affairs service agency, which is a preliminary try in order to complete the examination and approval system,facilitate the masses, realize professional and information-based window services and further enhance administrative efficiency. Takingthe Liwan District Government Affairs Service Center of Guangzhou as an example and using the development course of China’sgovernment service acceptance model as the clue, the paper study the innovation of the integrated reception model of Liwan Districtgovernment service reform on the basis of the objective facts.
