文章围绕广西温室气体排放数据信息服务与管理，研究建立统一规范的温室气体排放数据信息服务平台、技术支撑体系和运行管理机制，为政府决策提供科学依据，以网络服务的模式促进地方产业结构调整和优化升级，实现绿色低碳发展。
Abstract:
Abstract: Focusing on the service and management of greenhouse gas emission data in Guangxi, this paper studies the constructionof unified and standardized greenhouse gas emission data information service platform, technical support system, as well as operationand management mechanism, so as to provide scientific basis for government decision-making, to facilitate the adjustment andoptimization of local industrial structure through internet services, and to achieve green and low-carbon development.
