摘要:
目的：总结分析近年来有关针刺疗法治疗类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）的研究文献，对针刺治疗类风湿关节炎前景做出展望。方法：收集并筛选出近年来国内外关于针刺疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎的相关报道文献，简要阐明针刺疗法治疗RA 的机制，并介绍不同的针刺疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎。结果：针刺疗法治疗RA 疗效确切，具有操作简便、不良反应少的优势，疗效满意。结论：针刺疗法凭借其安全、副作用小、疗效确切的优势，在本病的治疗中发挥不可代替的作用，具有非常优越的发展前景。
Abstract:
To summarize and analyze the research literature on acupuncture therapy for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) inrecent years, and to predict the prospect of acupuncture treatment of RA. Methods: To collect and screen out the reports of acupuncturein the treatment of RA at home and abroad in recent years, to expound the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of RA briefly andintroduce different acupuncture therapy for RA. Results: Acupuncture therapy was effective in the treatment of RA, with the advantagesof simple operation and less adverse reactions. Conclusion: Acupuncture with the advantages of safety, small side effect, obvious efficacy,plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of RA and has an excellent development prospect.
