摘要:
文章针对湿法发生器生产乙炔工艺中,贮斗置换气直接排空导致的环境污染以及资源浪费问题,对从置换气回收乙炔技术进行研发。从乙炔气体回收技术的可行性、安全性出发,确立了先收集置换排气再变压吸附分离乙炔的技术路线,并详细阐述了整个研发过程,包括技术方案的制定、工艺流程的确定、部分设备的计算以及装置效益的分析等方面。结果表明,该技术能改善乙炔发生工序的生产环境,消除乙炔气排空带来的安全隐患,并能为企业带来可观的经济效益。
Abstract:
Aimed at the problems of environmental pollution and waste resources which were caused by the direct emission of thereplaced gas of the bucket in the process of acetylene production using wet generator, the recycle technology of acetylene gas from thereplaced exhaust of the bucket is developed. In this paper, based on the analysis of the feasibility and safety of the recycle technology ofacetylene, the technical route including collecting exhaust gas and recycling acetylene gas by pressure absorption separation isestablished and the whole process of including the formulation of the technical scheme, the determination of the process flow, thecalculation of some equipment and the economic benefit analysis of the device were described in detail.
