摘要:
医患关系已经成为社会关注的焦点，构建和谐的医患关系必须要找准其产生的原因。文章从医学社会学视野分析医患关系失谐的原因，并提出对策思考：培养“角色”意识，提升服务质量；强公民的诚信教育，构建和谐的医患环境；加大医疗知识普及力度，增强医患沟通的水平；净化社会舆论环境，规范媒体的舆论导向。
