摘要:
要全面推进依法治国，建设中国特色社会主义法治体系，建设社会主义法治国家，离不开生态文明法制建设。我国生态文明法制建设，应遵循马克思的物质变换及其断裂思想，坚持我国生态文明法制建设的三个着力点：生态文明法制建设要有利于人与自然关系的和谐发展、要符合社会和自然发展规律的要求、要做到有法可依和有法必依及执法必严。
Abstract:
To comprehensively promote “Rely on the law to govern the country”, build the socialism with Chinese characteristicslaw system, building a socialist country ruled by law, we can not do without the law construction of ecological civilization. Chinese lawconstruction of ecological civilization should follow Marx material transformation and fracture theory thinking, adhere tothree important points about law construction of ecological civilization in China: Conducive to the harmonious development of man andnature;to meet the social and natural development requirements of the law;to do there are laws can be applied,the law must rely on andthe law must be strictly enforced.
