摘要:
渝西地区在重庆市成为直辖市之后，经过多年来的发展与积累，已经具备了承接重庆主城区城市发展的能力。随着城镇化、工业化、农业现代化三化一体思想的贯彻实施，面对当前城市发展新区所面临“底子薄，基础差”的状况，如何抓住这次发展的机遇，发挥自身优势是摆在该区域的一大难题。文章以城市功能区14 个分区之一的荣昌县为例，通过对荣昌县的城镇化与工业化现状进行分析，并对重庆市城市发展新区进行展望
Abstract:
Western Chongqing have possessed abilities to undertake the development of main city zone after development andaccumulation over these years since Chongqing became the direct-controlled municipality. As the implement of integrated thoughtsincludes urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, and face the condition of "weak economic foundations" and"undeveloped infrastructure", how to seize this opportunity and play its advantages is a big challenge in the new city construction area.This essay takes Rongchang County as example, which is one of the 14 functional districts and look forward to the future of Chongqing’snew city construction area by analyzing its urbanization and industrialization.
