摘要:
为了规范施工合同管理工作，增强合同意识，贯彻执行合同规定。文章根据国家有关法律、法规及水电工程的特点，结合工作实际，从发包人角度分析施工合同管理，供同行相互交流。
Abstract:
In order to standardize the management of construction contract, enhance the awareness of the contract, theimplementation of the provisions of the contract, according to the characteristics of the relevant state laws and regulations andHydropower Engineering, combined with practical work, analyzing the construction contract management from the employer’sperspective for the peer interaction.
