摘要:
研究目的：以县级北流市土地利用利用为基础，探讨土地可持续发展的思路和对策措施，期望对当前土地可持续利用研究和实践有所裨益。研究方法：以可持续发展理论为支撑，以北流市土地利用利用为研究对象，研究北流市土地可持续利用。研究结果：根据可持续利用理论和思路主要从耕地保护、建设用地统筹安排利用和生态环境建设三个方面着手，研究土地可持续利用的具体思路和措施。研究结论：（1）土地可持续利用的通俗定义；（2）土地可持续利用的目标和土地可持续利用的思路；（3）北流市全面推进土地可持续利用的具体措施。
Abstract:
Research purpose: with the present situation of land use in Beiliu city as the basis, discussing the route and measures ofsustainable development of land, to contribute to the current research and practice of sustainable land use. Research method: supportedby sustainable development theory to study on sustainable land use in Beiliu city, research object is the present situation of land use there.Research results: according to the theory and route of sustainable use, study on the concrete route and measures of sustainable land usefrom three aspects: cultivated land protection, the overall arrangement of construction land use and ecological environment construction.Research conclusions: (1) the common definition of sustainable land use; (2) the target and route of sustainable land use; (3) the concretemeasures enhancing sustainable land use in Beiliu city.
