摘要:
文章基于政府视频会议系统建设的基本要求，分析政府及其职能部门的特点，找出各部门的共性与区别。从建设的的规模确定、安全系统要求、扩展性要求等多个关键环节入手，对市级政府机关的视频会议系统建设进行探讨。
Abstract:
The article based on the basic requirements for the construction of government video conference systems, analysis of thecharacteristics and functions of government departments, to identify similarities and differences between various departments, explore somekey aspects of the construction of video conference system of municipal government agencies, including size, security system requirements,scalability requirements , and so on.
