摘要:
空巢老人和留守儿童是经济快速发展的今天所产生的的特殊群体，近年来，他们面临的一系列问题，尤其是心理问题，已经受到广泛关注。如何帮助这些弱势群体摆脱负面情绪困扰，回归健康、阳光的生活是社会各界面临的不可忽视的问题。【
Abstract:
Empty-nest elderly and left-behind children are the products of our rapid economic development. In recent years, a seriesof problems they have been faced have been subject to extensive attention, especially the psychological problems. How to help thosevulnerable groups to get rid of negative emotional disturbance and let them return to healthy and sunny life is the matter of all the societywhich we can not ignore.Key word: Empty-nest
