摘要:
以公文流转管理为核心的现有OA 系统已难以满足高校高质量、高效率管理发展的需要，如何对OA 系统进行需求功能的扩展已成为高校信息化长远发展中亟待解决的问题。文章结合高校OA 系统运用实际，总结OA 系统在高校信息化建设中的实施现状，对其需进一步满足的功能进行分析，为设计一个更高效、更稳定、更完善的办公自动化系统提出了建议。
Abstract:
The existing OA system which takes the circulation of official document management as the core has been difficult to meetthe need of high quality, high efficiency management development. How to expand demand function for OA system has become an urgentproblem to be solved in the long-term development of University informatization. In this paper, combined with the actual status ofpractical application of OA system, it summarizes the implementation status of OA system informationization construction, and analyzesfunction to satisfy needs further, and puts forward suggestions which are made for the design of a more efficient, more stable, more perfectoffice automation system.
