摘要:
科技计划项目监理是监控项目实施的必要手段，也是绩效评价的信息基础，近年来其重要性日益得到了科技管理部门和广大科技工作者的广泛共识。因此，应用Web 新技术构建一个在线的广西科技计划项目监理业务信息系统平台，这对于创新原有科技项目管理工作流程十分重要。文章就国内外科技计划项目监理及信息系统的建设与监理业务的发展现状，及其构建广西科技计划项目监理业务信息系统平台的研究进展展开讨论，分析应用中所出现的一些问题，探讨解决问题的思路和方法。
Abstract:
Science and technology planning projects supervision is the essential means to monitor project implementation, and isinformation base of performance evaluation, in recent years, its importance get broad consensus of science and technology workers andadministrative department of science and technology. So, it is very important for the original innovation of science and technology projectmanagement process to build a on-line Guangxi science and technology plan projects supervising business information system platform. Inthis paper, the construction of science and technology planning projects supervision and information system at home and abroad and presentsituation of supervising business development, and the research progress about the construction of Guangxi science and technology planprojects supervision business information system platform were discussed, some problems occurred in the application ere analysed occurredin the application, the ideas and methods to solve the problem were discussed.
