摘要:
辅导员是学生思想工作的一线教育者和管理者。辅导员的心理状况的好坏，在很大程度上影响了思想政治教育的效果、学生的整体素质以及校园的稳定。近几年高职院校的扩招，学生增多，辅导员工作内涵的扩大，理想与现实的价值冲突,社会要求与自身能力之间的不协调,使得高校辅导员产生了种种心理问题高职院校辅导员常见的心理问题。文章通过对辅导员的工作现状以及常见的心理问题进行分析，并且对解决辅导员心理问题提出一些思考。
Abstract:
Student counselors are the first line of ideological work educators and administrators. Good or bad psychological statecounselor. Largely influenced the effect of ideological and political education, and the stability of the overall quality of students oncampus .In recent years, enrollment in vocational colleges .Increase student counselors work to expand the connotation, the ideal and thereality of the value of conflict, social requirements and the lack of coordination between their ability to make college counselor vocationalcolleges produce various psychological problems common psychological problems. Based on the status of the work of counselors and analyzecommon psychological problems. And psychological counselors for solving some of the issues raised thinking.
