摘要:
知识产权人才是实施知识产权战略的重要组成部分。在社会发展和市场需求的推动下，广西建立起知识产权人才库，应用信息化手段对各类知识产权人才进行分级、分类管理，形成面向社会的人才信息共享机制，具有重要的现实意义。根据建立知识产权人才库的理念，不断健全和完善人才库，充分发挥人才库的作用，更好地培养知识产权人才，促进广西经济的发展。
Abstract:
Intellectual property talent is an important part of the implementation of intellectual property strategy. In promoting socialdevelopment and market demand, Guangxi set up intellectual property talent bank. It classifies management for all kinds of intellectualproperty talent by means of information, forms the talent information sharing mechanism. It is of great significance. According to establishthe concept of intellectual property talent bank, and constantly improve and perfect the talent bank. Give full play to the role of talent bank.It can better develop intellectual talent and promote economic development in Guangxi.
