摘要:
依据专业应用型人才职业能力的需求特征，构建了一个包含专业知识技能、个性心理素质、自主学习能力、人际交往能力和文化素质5 个主要因素的综合评价指标体系并使用层次分析法进行研究，为高校旅游管理专业应用型人才职业能力的培养提供参考。
Abstract:
According to the characteristics of occupational abilities about application-oriented talent in tourism major, this thesisconstructed a comprehensive evaluation index system that included five main factors, named knowledge and skill, personality, study ability，Interpersonal communication, then analyzed it by the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, offering reference to relative training.
