摘要:
以学分互认机制作为切入点，对复合应用商务型人才的概念做了界定，阐述了当下广西高校复合应用型商务人才培养面临的主要问题及发展趋势，对广西高校复合应用型商务人才培养的模式做了探析，提出了以学分互认为契机，利用学分互认一系列机制，搭建校企、校际合作培养复合应用型商务人才新平台等观点。
Abstract:
This article is based on mutual recognition of credits mechanism as a breakthrough point, defining the concept of compositeapplication business talents, elaborating the present compound and practical business talents cultivation in Guangxi colleges and universitiesis confronted with the main problems and development trend, madding points of Mutual recognition of credits that opportunity, andusing the mutual recognition of credits in a series of mechanism to build a new platform, which can be between universities and enterprises,as well as between universities, joint training compound and practical business talents.
