摘要:
目的：观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，讲述该病治疗过程中的护理体会。方法：入组腰椎间盘突出症患者60 例，按照随机数字表随机分为对照组30 例和治疗组30 例，治疗组患者予温针灸治疗干预，对照组患者予保守治疗，经过3 个疗程后判定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为83.3%，对照组有效率为60.0%，经统计检验P＜0.05。结论：温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于其他保守治疗手段，有进一步推广的价值。在护理方面以防止烫伤为主，积极开展康复指导和健康教育将有利于患者康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation temperature, tells of the diseaseduring the treatment of nursing experience. Methods: 60 cases enrolled patients with lumbar disc herniation, according to a random numbertable 30 cases were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients, patients treated to warm acupuncturetherapeutic intervention and control group patients to conservative treatment, after 3 months after treatment determine efficacy. Results:The response rate was 83.3% in the treatment group, the control group was 60.0%, the statistical test P<0.05. Conclusion: The clinicalefficacy of acupuncture treatment temperature of lumbar disc herniation is superior to other conservative treatments have further promotedvalue. In order to prevent burn-based care, and actively carry out rehabilitation guidance and health education will be beneficial to therehabilitation of patients.
