摘要:
目的：观察祛银方联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效及安全性。方法：74 例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为祛银方联合雷公藤多甙片治疗组和雷公藤多甙片对照组。治疗4 周后，评价治疗前后患者临床疗效、生活质量指数（DLQI）评分、中医临床症候症状等方面的改变，同时观察不良反应。结果：治疗后治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为87%、73%；两组生活质量指数（DLQI）均低于治疗前(P＜0.01)，治疗后两组的DLQI 评分有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；治疗组中医症候均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；对照组除瘙痒症候治疗有显著性差异外(P＜0.01)，余均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论：祛银方联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病具有良好的临床效果，尤其在改善中医症状如瘙痒、口渴等方面效果显著，能有效减轻雷公藤的毒副作用，起到减毒增效的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and security of Qu Yin Fang with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum in treatingpsoriasis vulgaris. Methods: We were selected 74 cases who were diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat. 74 cases divided intotreatment group and controlled group randomization. We used Qu Ying prescription with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum as treatmentgroup. And we used Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum as controlled group, after four weeks treatment, evaluat the therapeutic effect,DLQI and security. Results: Its showed that the whole efficient of treatment and controlled group was 87%、73%. The PASI and DLQI hassignificant difference between treatment group(P＜0.01). There was significant difference of TCM syndrome in treatment group. Besidesitch the other TCM syndrome had no significant difference in controlled group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Qu Ying prescription withGlucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum could cure the TCM syndrome of psoriasis. Also, it can reduce the side effects of GlucosidorumTripterygll Totorum.
