摘要:
进入 21 世纪以来指导“三农”工作的 11 个中央一号文件中始终贯穿着城乡统筹发展的相关问题。邓小平理论 中也包含着丰富的城乡统筹发展思想，其主要内容有：高度认识“三农”工作的重要地位；正确处理工业和农业、城市和农村 的辩证关系；对乡镇企业发展的密切关注；对农业科技应用推广和创新发展的极度重视以及对农村改革开放不断深化的注重。 进一步深入研究邓小平的城乡统筹发展思想对于我国经济社会发展转型期城乡统筹发展目标的实现具有重要的现实启示
Abstract:
Since twenty-first Century, "Three rural" issues related to guide the work of the 11 central documents throughout urban and rural development. Deng Xiaoping theory contains rich thoughts of urban and rural development, its main content includes: the importance of understanding the "three rural" work; dialectical correctly handle the relationship between industry and agriculture, city and countryside; to pay close attention to the development of township and village enterprises; on agricultural science and technology should be used extremely pay attention to promotion and innovation development and continue to focus on the deepening of rural reform and opening up. Further research has important realistic enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's thought to realize urban and rural development and transformation of urban and rural development objectives for China's economic and social development.
