摘要:: 发展党员工作是基层党组织建设的一项重要的经常性工作，是党建设新的伟大工程的一项基础工程。文章结合企业实际，分析了非公企业基层党组织发展党员工作面临的新情况、新问题，提出了非公企业党组织发展党员必须要用新思路、新视角来审视，必须按照并适应社会主义市场经济发展的要求研究对策。

Abstract:: Development work is a grass-roots party members and party organizations of the importance of regular work; it is a new great project of Party building the foundation of a project. In combination with the actual business, analyzing the new situation and the development of private enterprises in grassroots organizations working party is facing new problems .Proposed the development of private enterprises in the party organization party must be new ideas, new perspective to look at use. It must adapt to the socialist market economy in accordance with the requirements of research and countermeasures
