Title:: Introduction to skills contest to promote secondary vocational teaching reform

摘要:: 职业技能大赛是依据国家职业技能标准，结合生产和经营工作实际开展的以突出操作技能和解决实际问题能力为重点的、有组织的群众性活动。其目的是通过大赛，将职业教育质量建设转移到服务生产、生活和服务发展上来；通过大赛，鼓励学校教师钻研专业、改革教学、强化技能、提高质量。因此，技能大赛实现人才培养与企业需求的无缝对接，也成为中职学校教育教学改革的“风向标”，构建教学模式，调整专业课程设置，改变教学方法，创新办学机制

Abstract:: Vocational skills contest is on the basis of national vocational skills standard, carried out in combination with actual production and management work in order to highlight the operation skills and ability to solve a practical problem focused and organized mass activities. Its purpose is through the competition, will be transferred to the vocational education quality construction services, service development, production, living and come up; Through competition, to encourage teachers to delve into professional, teaching reform, strengthening the skills and improve quality. Skills contest, therefore, to realize the seamless docking the talent training and the demand of enterprise, has become a secondary vocational school education teaching reform of "barometer", build the teaching mode, adjust the professional curriculum, change teaching methods, innovation mechanism.
