摘要:
目的：了解桂林市乡镇居民的吸烟及居民对烟草的健康危害认知状况，为控烟策略的制定提供参考。方法：2012 年 12 月份到 2013 年 2 月份，采用随机抽样调查的方法对桂林市的临桂县 4 个地区的自然村、镇居民进行了面对面的问卷调查。 结果：共调查了 184 人，总吸烟人数为 110 人（59.78%）；其中，男性吸烟有 106 人（84.80%），女性吸烟有 4 人（6.90%）； 在所有吸烟者当中，15～25 岁占绝大部分，且基本上为初中以上文化，开始吸烟的年龄为 12～18 岁，第一支烟的来源为同学 和朋友。调查的居民中 46.74%知道吸烟对自己的健康有害，43.48%知道吸烟对别人的健康造成危害。结论：需进一步加强吸烟 有害健康的的宣传教育，提高居民对吸烟有害健康的认识，加强以学校为单位的控烟宣传工作，杜绝第一支烟，减少青少年吸 烟，降低全民吸烟率。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the smoking condition and tobacco harm acknowledge in residents in part of villages and towns of Guilin and offer references for the formulation of the tobacco control policies. Methods: We made the questionnaire survey for the residents of 4 villages and towns in Guilin from December 2012 to February 2013. Results: 184 residents were investigated and totally 59.78% of them were smokers, and 84.80% were male smokers and 6.90% were female. Most smokers are aged in 15 to 25 years old and with junior high school culture degree, and they began with their smoking at 12 to 18 years old and the first cigarette came from classmates and friends. Totally 46.74% of residents investigated knew smoking is harmful to self-health, and 43.48% knew smoking is harmful to heath of others. Conclusions: Health education and school-based Tobacco control advocacy should be addressed to reduce the smoking rate. Put an end to the first cigarette to reduce youth smoking and lowering national smoking rates.
