摘要:
信息化社会环境下，图书馆由原来的传统图书馆逐步发展到了数字图书馆，面对不同形式的图书馆，图书馆员 如何能够服务好读者，这就不仅要求增强服务意识，还需掌握现代化技术，深入了解多学科专业领域。
Abstract:
Under the information society environment, library from traditional library original gradually to the development of the digital library, in the face of different forms of library, librarians must be able to serve the readers, which requires not only strengthen the sense of service, also need to master modern technology, in-depth understanding of professional fields.
