技术中介收费难，已成为困扰科技中介服务机构向行业化、规模化发展的重要因素。文章就如何尽量避免“逃 单”情况的发生，从 4 个方面进行了论述
Abstract:
Technology intermediary fees difficult, has become an important factor to the specialization, scale development problems of science and technology intermediary service. The article on how to avoid "escaped single" case, has carried on the elaboration from 4 aspects.
