摘要:
在高等教育大众化、就业形势日益严峻的背景下，高校职业指导工作的作用和意义显得尤为重要。以汉中职业 技术学院为例，分析了高职院校毕业生职业指导效率不高的原因，提出将精细化职业指导引入高校大学生职业指导体系，探讨 了高职院校提升职业指导效果和效率的方法和思路。
Abstract:
In the popularization of higher education, the employment situation is becoming increasingly grim background, function and significance of occupation guidance work in Colleges and universities is very important. Taking Hanzhong Vocational Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of vocational college graduates of vocational guidance inefficient, the proposed introduction of sophisticated college students in vocational guidance vocational guidance system, discusses vocational colleges to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of vocational guidance methods and ideas.
