摘要:
目的：测定丁香罗勒多糖含量，为丁香罗勒抗前列腺癌活性研究提供依据。方法：用苯酚-硫酸法测定丁香罗勒 水提取物中多糖的含量。结果：丁香罗勒多糖含量为 9.1%。结论 丁香罗勒多糖有可能为抗前列腺癌的主要成分之一，具有进 一步研究的价值
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective: The polysaccharide content of Ocimum gratissimum L. was determined to provide the data for anti-prostate cancer research. Methods Phenol–sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Ocimum gratissimum L. Results: The total amount of polysaccharides in O cim u m g r a tis sim u m L . was 9.1%. Conclusion: The polysaccharides of Ocimum gratissimum L. maybe one of components having anti-prostate cancer activity and is worth further studying.
