摘要:
文章分析了师德机制对师德建设的作用，明确提出建立健全师德建设的八项具体措施，通过机制建设全面提高 师德建设，达到全力推进、全员促动、全面覆盖的理想功效。
Abstract:
The paper analysis that the effect mechanism of teacher morality construction, clearly put forward to the eight specific measures on establish and perfect of moral construction, can improve the teachers ethics construction comprehensively through the mechanism of construction, and reach the ideal effect of efforts to promote, full actuation, comprehensive coverage.
