摘要:: 【摘要】教师工作量是教师工作绩效考核的一种方式，是高校评估教师工作的重要依据。研究和开发一套合适的教学工作量上报与统计系统，对高校的日常教学工作量进行上报与统计，可以掌握教师的授课信息，从而减轻管理人员的工作负担。【中图分类号】G64 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-1151(2013)10-0120-03 Reporting and statistics system research and system design for teaching work Abstract: The calculation of a teacher’s workload is a way of assessing his performance, and also is an important basis of assessing university teachers’ performance. Designing of a feasible workload-calculation system will greatly relieve university administrators and office staffs of the burden of calculating teachers’ teaching and researching workload.
