【摘 要】积极心理学是当今心理学研究的热点，积极心理学的应用也开始遍及许多领域，它的许多思想对于学生工作都 有借鉴意义。独立学院学生是大学生中的一个独特群体，以往的研究表明独立学院学生的一些心理特点与普通本科院校的大学 生有区别，通过调查了解独立学院学生学习心理特点、个性心理特点和积极心理品质，并根据独立学院学生的心理特点把积极 心理学思想应用到学生工作中。 Preliminary application of positive psychology in independent college student working Abstract: Positive psychology is the psychology of today’s research focus, the application of positive psychology began throughout many areas. Many of its ideas have reference work for students. Independent college students are a unique group of college students, previous studies have shown a number of independent college student’s psychological characteristics of students with undergraduate college differentiated. Through investigation independent college students psychological characteristics, personality and positive psychological qualities psychological characteristics, and according to independent college students’ ideological and psychological characteristics of the positive psychology applied to student work.
