文章针对桂林供电局现有视频会议系统，结合桂林供电局光传输网和综合数据网系统等通信资源，通过分析研 究，提出一套视频会议系统优化方案。解决原有系统带宽小、不稳定、画面卡等问题。优化了承载通道，提高可靠性，预留了 扩容空间，为后期高清视频会议系统建设做好准备。

Abstract: According to the existing video conference systems of Guilin power enterprise, combined with the optical transmission network and data network system and other communication resources of Guilin power enterprise, through analysis and research, and put forward a set of optimization of video conference systems. To solve the original system of low bandwidth, unstable, picture cards, etc. And optimization of the bearing channel, improving reliability, setting aside space for expansion, reading for the construction of high-definition video conference systems.
