摘要:: 加强在高知群体中发展党员工作是党建工作的一项重要内容。文章结合课题调研情况，对高知群体非党员入党诉求状况和在高知群体中发展党员工作面临的新问题等进行分析，对如何加强在高知群体中发展党员工作提出对策。

Abstract:: Strengthen on development of party members work in the higher intellectuals is an important content of party construction. With subject research situation, the claim conditions of being admitted to the Party in the higher intellectuals who are non-party people and new questions on development of party members in the higher intellectuals are analyzed, and put forward to how to strengthen the development of party members in the higher intellectuals.
