摘要:
为建立启脾丸人参中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2的含量测定方法,以考察启脾丸中人参的质量情况。本研究采用安捷伦1290 超高效液相色谱仪,Thermo C18(2.1×100 mm,2.2 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈—水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃。结果表明:人参皂苷Rg1进样量在9.49~474.50 ng(r=0.999 8)、人参皂苷Re进样量在9.37~438.30 ng(r=0.9999)、人参皂苷Rb1进样量在18.36~459.00 ng(r=0.999 2)、人参皂苷Rc进样量在10.93~546.60 ng(r=0.999 8)、人参皂苷Rb2进样量在9.46~473.00 ng(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.88%、98.90%、100.24%、98.18%、100.53%,RSD分别为1.78%、2.04%、1.96%、1.15%、2.87%。该方法高效、准确,分离效果良好,可为启脾丸的质量控制提供方法参考。
Abstract:
To establish a method for the determination of content of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rc and ginsenoside Rb2 in ginseng of qipi pills, in order to investigate the quality of ginseng in qipi pills. In this study, Agilent 1290 UPLC, Thermo C18 (2.1×100mm, 2.2 μm) column, acetonitrile-water as mobile phase was used for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. The results showed that the injection amount of ginsenoside Rg1 ranged from 9.49 to 474.50 ng (r=0.999 8), the injection amount of ginsenoside Re ranged from 9.37 to 438.30 ng (r=0.999 9), the injection amount of ginsenoside Rb1 ranged from 18.36 to 459.00 ng (r=0.999 2), the injection amount of ginsenoside Rc ranged from 10.93 to 546.60 ng (r=0.999 8), and the injection amount of ginsenoside Rb2 showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 9.46 to 473.00 ng (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rates were 97.88%, 98.90%, 100.24%, 98.18%, 100.53%, with RSDs of 1.78%, 2.04%, 1.96%, 1.15%, 2.87%, respectively. The method is efficient, accurate and has good separation effect, which can provide reference for the quality control of Qipi pills.
