为分析广西2005—2018年城乡建设用地转型显性和隐性的时空特征，以及对城乡关系变化的影响，为区域城乡建设有序开发、合理布局提供参考，本文采用熵值法、扩张测度、Arcgis空间分析等方法对研究区进行定量分析，结果显示研究期间广西城乡建设用地规模持续增长，主要以城镇工矿用地增长为主；城乡建设用地扩张速度逐年加快，呈“东南高—西北低”的空间特征；城乡建设用地效率转型和功能转型水平整体提高，但区域转型水平不均衡。今后要科学管控土地显性形态和隐性形态变化，优化城乡建设用地调控措施，实现区域整体高质量可持续发展。
Abstract:
In order to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban and rural construction land transformation explicit and implicit in Guangxi from 2005 to 2018, as well as its impact on the changes in urban-rural relations, and to provide reference for the orderly development and reasonable layout of regional urban-rural construction, this paper uses entropy method, expansion measurement, ArcGIS spatial analysis and other methods to quantitatively analyze the research area. The results show that the scale of urban and rural construction land in Guangxi continued to grow during the study period, mainly with the growth of urban industrial and mining land; the expansion rate of urban and rural construction land accelerated year by year, with the spatial characteristics of "high in the southeast and low in the northwest"; the overall level of transformation of urban and rural construction land efficiency and function improved, but the level of regional transformation was uneven. In the future, it is necessary to scientifically control the changes of explicit and implicit land forms, optimize the control measures of urban and rural construction land, and realize the overall high-quality sustainable development of the region.
