摘要:
城市的绿色发展效率是衡量一个地区绿色发展程度的重要指标。文章以广西各城市为研究对象,利用超效率SBM模型方法测算了2011—2020年广西各城市的绿色发展效率值,分析其时空分布特征;利用变异系数、基尼系数和泰尔指数揭示了广西各城市的绿色发展均衡特征。结果显示:广西各城市绿色发展总体向好,绿色发展效率呈波动上升趋势。广西城市绿色发展效率的空间分布大致呈现出“西北、西南、东部高,中部略低”的特征。广西城市绿色发展处于较为均衡的水平,且广西各城市间的绿色发展差异在不断变小,均衡程度在不断提高。基于此,文章从产业结构升级,加大科研投入,加强政府监管和规划等方面提出促进广西城市绿色发展的建议。
Abstract:
The efficiency of green development in a city is an important indicator for measuring the degree of green development in a region. The article takes various cities in Guangxi as the research object, uses the super efficient SBM model method to calculate the green development efficiency values of various cities in Guangxi from 2011 to 2020, and analyzes their spatiotemporal distribution characteristics; the equilibrium characteristics of green development in various cities in Guangxi were revealed using coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient, and Theil index. The results show that the overall green development of various cities in Guangxi is improving, and the efficiency of green development is showing a fluctuating upward trend. The spatial distribution of urban green development efficiency in Guangxi generally presents the characteristics of "high in northwest, southwest and east, and slightly lower in the central region". The urban green development in Guangxi is at a relatively balanced level, and the difference in green development among cities are constantly decreasing, and the degree of balance is constantly improving. This paper puts forward suggestions to promote the urban green development in Guangxi from the aspects of upgrading industrial structure, increasing investment in scientific research, strengthening government supervision and planning.
