摘要:
中医以“人”为中心的医患模式和以“仁”为核心的医德精神是构建和谐医患关系的理论基础。然而中医医院存在管理现代化水平不够高、医院品牌意识和公共关系意识不够强、医疗服务水平有待提升等问题,导致医患关系问题不容忽视。中医医院应发挥自身特点和优势,文章从医院文化建设、医患双方沟通、医院公关运用、医务人员培训、基础设施建设等方面加强医院内部管理,构建和谐医患关系,利于医院长久发展。
Abstract:
The doctor-patient model centered on "human" and the medical ethics spirit centered on "benevolence" are the theoretical basis of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. However, there are some problems in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, such as the level of management modernization in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is not high enough, the awareness of hospital brand and public relations is not strong enough, and the level of medical service needs to be improved, resulting in the problem of doctor-patient relationship that can not be ignored. Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals should give full play to their own characteristics and advantages. This paper strengthens the internal management of the hospital from the aspects of hospital culture construction, communication between doctors and patients, application of hospital public relations, medical personnel training and infrastructure construction and so on, so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which is conducive to the long-term development of the hospital.
