摘要:
目的:探讨蛋白质组学在血瘀型IgA 肾病中研究的最新进展。方法:搜集、整理近年来国内外文献对蛋白质组学在血瘀证IgA 肾病领域研究概况。结果: M/Z 为8713.48 的蛋白峰可能为IgAN 血瘀证的特异蛋白,水蛭可能是通过调控该蛋白治疗IgAN 血瘀证。结论: 蛋白组学为IgA 肾病的证候分析、诊断及预后提供了证据,起着辅助临床诊断的作用,值得深入研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the latest development of proteomics in the study of IgA nephropathy with blood stasis. Methods: To collect and summarize the research situation of proteomics in the field of IgA nephropathy with blood stasis from the domestic and foreign research reports in recent years. Results: The protein peak of M/Z at 8713.48 may be a specific protein in IgA nephropathy with blood stasis. The leech could be used on treating IgA nephropathy with blood stasis by regulating the protein. Conclusion: Proteomics provides the evidence for the syndrome analysis, diagnosis and prognosis of IgA nephropathy, and assists clinical diagnosis, which deserves further study.
