全乙酰化烯糖合成方法的研究()

摘要:
烯糖是合成O-苷、C-苷、S-苷、N-苷、氨基糖以及2-脱氧糖等多种天然糖类的重要中间体。在传统的合成烯糖的三步反应中,全乙酰化溴代糖还原生成烯糖是最关键一步。文章探讨了4种以Zn粉为还原剂还原全乙酰化溴代糖合成乙酰化烯糖的方法,筛选出Zn-NaH2PO4/H2SO4体系为最佳反应条件,并采用该最佳反应条件,从全乙酰溴代-D-半乳糖等5种溴代糖出发合成了其余4种糖的烯糖。同时,还探讨了一锅法合成三乙酰葡萄烯糖的方法,研究结果表明该方法虽然减少了中间的纯化过程,产率也比较高,但是纯化困难,反应时间也较长,并不是合成乙酰化烯糖的最佳方法。
