摘要:
民俗文化作为民族文化弘扬与传承的重要精神支柱，只有不断进行民俗文化推广才能永葆其生命力与影响力，而高校图书馆承担着民俗文化推广的使命与责任。文章以地方高校桂林理工大学图书馆为例，基于拉斯韦尔“5W”模式理论分析了地方高校图书馆实施民俗文化推广的可行性，并在解析地方高校图书馆提供民俗文化推广各关键因素的基础上，提出了地方高校图书馆开展民俗文化推广的改进策略，以期为地方高校图书馆民俗文化推广的体系构建与服务实施提供有益参考。
Abstract:
Folk culture, as an important spiritual pillar for the promotion and inheritance of national culture, can only maintain its vitality and influence through continuous promotion of folk culture. University libraries bear the mission and responsibility of promoting folk culture. This article takes the library of Guilin University of Technology as an example, analyzes the feasibility of implementing folk culture promotion in local university libraries based on the Lasswell "5W" model theory. On the basis of analyzing the key factors that local university libraries provide for folk culture promotion, it proposes improvement strategies for local university libraries to carry out folk culture promotion, so as to provide useful references for the construction of a system for promoting folk culture in local university libraries and the implementation of services.
