摘要:
产教研深度融合已经成为促进区域产业经济提质增效、教育与经济社会协调发展、科技服务经济发展的重要举措。基于企业的实际需求，以提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力为目标，构建企业全过程参与的产教研融合和协同育人新模式。校企共同开展人才培养、教学团队、教学资源、技术合作、实习实训、创新创业等方面建设工作，助力区域健康医药产业集群发展，服务地方经济社会高质量发展，提高应用型人才培养质量。
Abstract:
The deep integration of industry, education, and research has become an important measure to promote the improvement of regional industrial economy, the coordinated development of education, economy, and society, and the development of science and technology serving the economy. Based on the actual needs of enterprises, with the goal of improving the quality of talent cultivation and social service capabilities, we aim to construct a new model of industry education research integration and collaborative education that involves the entire process of enterprise participation. Schools and enterprises jointly carry out talent cultivation, teaching teams, teaching resources, technical cooperation, internship and practical training, innovation and entrepreneurship, and other construction work to assist in the development of regional health and pharmaceutical industry clusters, serve the high-quality development of local economy and society, and improve the quality of applied talent cultivation.
