摘要:
专利代理机构是专利创造、运用、管理、保护和服务全链条中的重要组成部分。为促使广西专利代理机构的稳定有序发展，促进广西专利申请量质齐升，文章在分析广西专利代理机构近十年来的发展现状和存在问题的基础上，提出了相应的发展对策，以实现专利代理行业的高质量发展。
Abstract:
Patent agencies are an important component of the entire chain of patent creation, application, management, protection, and service. In order to promote the stable and orderly development of patent agencies in Guangxi and promote the equal increase in the quantity and quality of patent applications in Guangxi, this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of patent agencies in Guangxi in the past ten years. in order to achieve the high-quality development of the patent agency industry.
