摘要:
随着社会经济的快速发展,各种新兴行业层出不穷,建筑工程技术专业水平的提升与复合型人才的培养逐渐被“冷落”,主要是由于高校对该专业的教育不够重视,师资力量相对薄弱,学生对专业的学习自觉性不够,企业也不重视技术能力背景。为了彰显高校的品牌特色与师资力量、学生实现自身价值和企业创造财富减少损失,首先必须端正不同主体对建筑工程技术专业水平教育的态度;其次要采用多种教育方式相结合的教学模式,培养复合型、专家型人才;再次要对教学体系进行改革,开展标准化、系统化、精细化、数字化和个性化的教学课程设计;最后要创新校企合作的方式方法,增加学以致用的机会,不断提高学生的专业技能素养、校方的教师培养水平和企业的人才鉴别能力,并逐步改善建筑工程技术专业的发展状况。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of the social economy, various emerging industries are emerging one after another. The improvement of the level of construction engineering technology and the cultivation of composite talents are gradually being neglected. This is mainly due to the lack of emphasis on education in this major by universities, relatively weak teaching staff, insufficient student awareness of professional learning, and the lack of emphasis on technical ability background by enterprises. In order to showcase the brand characteristics and teaching staff of universities, realize students’ own value, and reduce losses for enterprises to create wealth, it is first necessary to correct the attitudes of different subjects towards the education of architectural engineering professional level; secondly, a teaching model that combines multiple educational methods should be adopted to cultivate versatile and expert talents; once again, we need to reform the teaching system and carry out standardized, systematic, refined, digital, and personalized teaching curriculum design; finally, it is necessary to innovate the ways and methods of school enterprise cooperation, increase the opportunities for applying what is learned, continuously improve students’ professional skills and literacy, the level of teacher training by the school, and the talent identification ability of enterprises, and gradually improve the development status of the construction engineering technology major.
