为推动广西甘蔗制糖业生物质锅炉治理,通过全面收集第二次污染源普查、飞行抽检数据和糖厂烟气排放口大气污染物在线监测数据,评估广西甘蔗制糖业生物质锅炉大气污染治理措施、污染物排放及达标现状,并将现行标准与国内相关标准进行比较。结果显示:广西甘蔗制糖业锅炉以生物质锅炉为主,有90.0%的生物质锅炉采用水膜除尘装置,72.1%的生物质锅炉未安装脱硝措施。参照广西甘蔗制糖业生物质锅炉大气污染物排放执行标准,广西制糖业锅炉的颗粒物和氮氧化物基本达标排放。与国内其他省(区、市)生物质锅炉排放标准对比,广西执行标准比较宽松。建议通过制定地方生物质锅炉排放标准和加强污染治理等措施进一步推动糖业大气污染治理。

In order to promote the treatment of biomass boilers in sugarcane industry in Guangxi, the air pollution control measures, emission and standard status of biomass boilers in sugarcane industry in Guangxi are evaluated through the comprehensive collection of the second pollution source survey, flight sampling data and Online monitoring data of air pollutants at the flue gas discharge outlet of sugar plant, and the current standards are compared with relevant domestic standards. The results show that the biomass boiler is the main boiler in Guangxi sugarcane industry, 90.0% of the biomass boiler adopts water film dust removal device, and 72.1% of the biomass boiler is not equipped with denitrification measures. According to the implementation standards for the emission of air pollutants from biomass boilers in the sugarcane industry in Guangxi, the emission of particulate matter and nitrogen oxide are basically met the standards. Compared with other provinces (regions, cities) in China, the emission standards for biomass boilers in Guangxi are too lenient. It is recommended to further promote air pollution control in the sugarcane industry by formulating local emission standards for biomass boilers and strengthening pollution control measures.
