文章运用公平理论和需求理论,将理论与实际相结合,对K保险公司销售人员薪酬满意度进行分析,得出K保险公司的销售人员薪酬管理存在薪酬缺乏外部竞争、薪酬结构不合理、薪酬激励效果不明显、绩效薪酬考核缺乏反馈等问题,并针对各个问题制定改进策略,提出完善薪酬市场调查、增强薪酬设计的合理性、激励形式多样化、加强绩效薪酬管理等建议,以期对同类保险公司销售人员薪酬管理制定提供一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
The paper applies fairness theory and demand theory, combining theory with practice, to analyze the satisfaction of sales personnel compensation in K insurance company. It is concluded that there are problems in sales personnel compensation management of K insurance company, such as lack of external competition, unreasonable compensation structure, unclear compensation incentive effect, and lack of feedback on performance compensation assessment. Improvement strategies are formulated for each problem, and a comprehensive compensation market survey is proposed. Some suggestions are put forward, such as improving the salary market survey, enhancing the rationality of salary design, diversifying incentive forms, and strengthening performance salary management, so as to provide certain reference value for similar insurance companies to formulate sales staff salary management.
