摘要:
为了解高职新生心理健康状况，明确学生心理服务需求，在SPADE模型视域下针对性地提出心理育人建议，采用90项症状清单（SCL-90）、《大学生心理健康教育需求问卷》对广西国际商务职业技术学院2022级全体学生进行问卷调查。结果显示SCL-90所有因子分均显著低于大学生常模，高职新生的心理健康服务需求强烈，因此开展心理健康教育工作要注重心理服务质量的提升，不断优化创新心理育人模式。
Abstract:
In order to understand the mental health status of vocational college freshmen and clarify their psychological service needs, targeted psychological education suggestions were put forward in the SPADE model perspective. A questionnaire survey was conducted on all 2022 students of Guangxi International Business Vocational and Technical College using the 90 Symptom List (SCL-90) and the "College Student Mental Health Education Needs Questionnaire". The results showed that all factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower than the norm for college students, and the demand for mental health services among vocational college freshmen was strong. Therefore, in carrying out mental health education work, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the quality of psychological services and continuously optimize and innovate psychological education models.
