摘要:
莨菪是一类主要生活在我国东北、华北、西北和西南的茄科、天仙子属草本植物,其主要成分含莨菪碱(0.02%~0.17%)、阿托品(0.018%)、东莨菪碱(0.01%~0.08%)、山莨菪碱(0.007%)等生物碱。目前,有关莨菪的化学组成研究较少,特别是其中的抗肿瘤活性物质结构还不清楚,但有一些试验结果表明莨菪提取物中的主要成份能够显著抑制某些癌症癌细胞生长。文章总结了有关莨菪提取物中生物碱抗肿瘤作用的研究方法及结果,以期为进一步研究的构效机制和药物研究方法提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Scopolamine is a kind of Solanaceae herb mainly living in northeast China, North China, Northwest China and Southwest China. Its main components include hyoscyamine (0.02%-0.17%), atropine (0.018%), hyoscyamine (0.01%-0.08%), hyoscyamine (0.007%) and other alkaloids. At present, there are few studies on the chemical composition of scopolamine, especially the structure of anti-tumor active substances in it is still unclear. However, some experimental results show that the main components of scopolamine extract can significantly inhibit the growth of some cancer cells. This paper summarizes the research methods and results on the anti-tumor effect of alkaloids in the scopolamine extract, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further study of the structure-activity mechanism and drug research methods.
