摘要:
在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,我国能源结构持续调整,低碳清洁能源占比稳步提升。水电能源是可再生且循环利用的环保能源,大型水电站通常具有快速调峰调频的能力与特点。伴随着新时代我国的发展进步,国内对于能源的需求也越来越高。水电在安全高效现代能源系统中发挥着日益重要的作用,为了保证水电站控制系统的安全运行,应从预先规划、研究、设计规范、施工标准、验收等方面形成一套规章制度。水电站进水口闸门的可靠运行与电站的安全生产息息相关,确保进水口闸门的稳定运行对大电网安全有着重要作用。
Abstract:
In the context of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality", China’s energy structure continued to adjust, and the proportion of low-carbon clean energy has steadily increased.. Hydropower energy is renewable and recyclable environmental protection energy, and large hydropower stations usually have the capacity and characteristics of rapid peak and frequency regulation. With the development and progress of China in the new era, the demand for energy in China is also increasing. Hydropower plays an increasingly important role in safe and efficient modern energy system. In order to ensure the safe operation of the control system of hydropower stations, a set of rules and regulations should be formed from the aspects such as pre-planning, research, design specifications, construction standards and acceptance. The reliable operation of the intake gate of hydropower station directly affects the safety and stability of the power station, which is an indispensable quality safety in the construction of the power system and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the large power grid.
