Abstract:
In this paper, the circuit design of voltage surge protection chip is introduced in detail. At the same time, the advantages of voltage surge suppression circuit composed of surge protection chip and traditional voltage surge protection circuit are introduced. The composition and working principle of the voltage surge suppression circuit composed of surge protection chip are introduced, and the characteristics and reliability of the circuit are explained.
