摘要:: 安全生产工作的重要性毋庸置疑，各级安全管理骨干安全生产履职的质量和水平直接影响到企业安全生产工作的成效。安全生产履职工作如何扎实落地，各级安全骨干是否知晓如何履职、履职到何种程度，如何进行有效考评，是企业安全管理工作有效提升的重点。《安全生产法》提出了全员安全生产责任制的概念，并对安全生产责任落地提出了更高要求。文章就如何通过安全生产责任清单、履职清单、成效清单“三个清单”，落实企业“管业务必须安全”责任，夯实安全生产履职工作，对创新安全履职考评方式方法进行了论证。

Abstract:: The importance of safety production work is beyond doubt, and the quality and level of safety production performance by key safety management personnel at all levels directly affect the effectiveness of enterprise safety production work. How to solidly implement the work of safety production performance, whether the safety backbone at all levels knows how to perform their duties, to what extent, and how to conduct effective evaluations are the key points for effectively improving the safety management work of enterprises. "Safety Production Law" proposes the concept of a full staff safety production responsibility system and putting forward higher requirements for the implementation of safety production responsibility. This article discusses how to implement the responsibility of "managing business must be safe" and strengthen the work of safety production performance through the "three lists" of safety production responsibility list, performance list, and effectiveness list, and demonstrates the innovative methods of safety performance evaluation.
